RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a full refund, minus the shipping charges, within 15 days from the date you recieved the item.  Item must be unused with tags in tact and all packaging in resellable condition.  We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.  The shipping cost that Air Pirates paid to have your item delivered to you will be deducted from your refund even if you recieved free shipping with your order.

In addition to the non-refundable shipping costs, We must also charge a 10% restocking fee (20% fee for special orders not in our stock) due to the costs we occur for payment processing and fees from our venders for returning items. 

 Please email us prior to mailing. Shipments without notification will not be accepted.  When making a return or exchange, please include your name, address, reason for return, order number or invoice and a request for either a refund or exchange.  Doing this will greatly help us to process your return in a speedy manner!  Shipping must be pre-paid and sent insured to:

If you have questions about if a item will fit you please call us and discuss it before ordering tto help eliminate getting something the wrong size.  We have size charts for just about everything and can quickly help you.

If the item(s) you are making an EXCHANGE, "free shipping" does not apply to the exchanged item.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PACKAGING BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT!!.  If your package was damaged in shipping, contact the shipping at once and request a Damage Inspection Report.  Air Pirates Kiteboarding IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage occurred during shipping.  Shipping is out of our control.

Absolutely no returns or refunds on gear used after purchase. Refunds and/or returns will not be accepted for late deliveries. Air Pirates Kiteboarding  is not responsible for shipping delays. Wetsuits and clothing may not be returned under any circumstances, due to health laws. Customers pay freight on all returns. Goods damaged in shipping may not be returned.

Damage in shipping
The shipping companies are responsible for all damages owed to the customer.  Air Pirates Kiteboarding accepts no responsibility in honoring damage claims.  Customers must file all claims with the shipping companies.  Air Pirates Kiteboarding insures all shipments for their full value, and packs all orders undamaged, and to where they should not be damaged. Customers should check all packaging before accepting delivery and any damaged boxes should be refused. Goods damaged in shipping may not be returned.

 

 Can I return used items?

Merchandise that has been used cannot be returned.  See also Warranty Policy for more information on used equipment.

 

Can I return a product that was a special order?

Special order items that Air Pirates Kiteboarding does not normally stock may be returned soley at the discretion of Air Pirates Kiteboarding.  A restocking fee of 20% may apply.

 

You guys messed up my order! What should I do?

While we try our very best to be perfect, sometimes mistakes do occur. If you think we messed up, please give us a call at 503-791-7372 or send us an email so we can investigate the issue.  If we did indeed make a mistake, we'll do everything we can to make it right for you.  If you received the wrong item, or the right item in the wrong size, we'll immediately send you the right one if we have it in stock.  We will arrange the return of the incorrect item by having it picked up from you, or by mailing you a shipping label so you can return it at your convenience.  We will cover all costs associated with returning the mistaken item and shipping you a replacement.
