Eclipse Bullet Proof Warranty At Eclipse our commitment to quality and performance is apparent in our warranty program. We believe that amazing products should be backed by amazing service. Eclipse is proud to offer the best ranking warranty service in the kiteboarding industry.  We understand that kites are an expensive purchase.  As such, your purchase should be protected without any hassle or delays.  It is for this reason Eclipse has created the Bullet Proof WarrantySM.Every Eclipse kite purchased in North America and Europe comes standard with our extended Bullet Proof Warranty SM service.  In the event your kite is damaged, we will fix it for FREE no questions asked.* The Bullet Proof Warranty SM is the only warranty that covers all damage to your kite accidental or otherwise. This means you can crash your kite into a tree, boat, house or whatever- and we will fix it with no questions asked!

How it works:
End user purchases kite from authorized retailer.

End user then registers kite on www.eclipsekites.com within 2 weeks of purchase.

Once your kite is registered you are protected for 1 year against all and any damage to your kite NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

In the event you damage your kite, simply put it in a box and ship it to one of Airtimes Kite repair facilities located in either Florida or Hood River Oregon. Airtime will fix your kite and send it back to you in a timely manor so you can keep on riding. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!

In the event your kite cannot be fixed you will get ONE free kite replacement- In almost all cases your kite will be fixed, so don't try to destroy the kite just to get a new one!!

Users will void this warranty if they appear to be taking advantage of the policy.

All kite prices have been raised by $60 to offer this service. This service is NOT optional all Eclipse kites purchased from now on in the above areas will automatically include this warranty.

Easy, we partnered with Airtime kite repair, the USA's leading kite repair facilities. With two locations airtime can service the entire North American market professionally with out any delay in service. Now you don't have to wait for bladders or any response from a dealer or Eclipse to get your kite fixed.
How many times can I repair my kite?
Airtime will repair your kite as many times as necessary within the warranty period.
I just broke my kite, what do I do now?
Get a box, put you kite inside without BAR, BAG or PUMP and send it insured to one of the following locations:

AIRTIME kite, Inc.
101 N. 1st St.
Suite 100
Hood River, OR 97031

Your kite will be fixed and returned free of charge.
My bladder broke, what do I do?
If you are confident you can install your own bladder please fill out a repair ticket on eclipse kites.com and include your kites serial number and a replacement bladder will be sent to you.
If you cant or don't want to install your bladder pack up your kite and ship it insured to one of the following locations:

All Eclipse kites are covered by our Standard Warranty, registration not required.  Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Eclipse warrants its products to the purchaser for limited period of 6 months on every defect on workmanship or material to be found on the gear, under the following conditions:

  • The purchaser uses the gear privately & does not use the gear for any commercial use.
  • The gear has not been modified.
  • To receive warranty service the original purchaser must contact Eclipse at warranty@eclipsekites.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   • All products returned to Eclipse for warranty inspection must receive a return authorization, which can be given over the phone or via email from our warranty department.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping products freight prepaid and insured. Eclipse assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  
  • Eclipse will assume responsibility for return shipping and insurance costs to the customer.   
  • Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
  • The original purchase receipt from an Authorized Eclipse dealer or agent must accompany all warranty claims.   
  • This warranty does not cover wear and tear. Only defects, as determined by Eclipse, in material or workmanship, are covered under the warranty.      
  • This warranty does not cover any defects resulting from improper use of the gear & other damages like improper handling and storage, crashes, damage caused by use in waves or shore break, punctures, excessive sun exposure, over inflation of the bladders, improper handling and storage, damage caused by anything other than defects in the material and workmanship. Eclipse will decide exclusively whether the warranty is valid according to the proofs given by the purchaser. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
